An online gift shop which was using the Ecwid ecommerce plugin needed to be moved over to use Woocommerce. This required setting up a staging site with WordPress and Woocommerce installed. The products were then exported and imported into the new site. The theme did not fit well with Woocommerce so a new theme needed to be created from scratch based on storefront. The site also needed work on SEO which is still ongoing. Payment system was implemented using Stripe to take credit card payments and Paypal as a secondary option.
